● About
Product person. Fourteen years. Twenty-five products shipped. One studio.
01 — The story
I’ve shipped 25+ products across AI, B2B SaaS, and B2C — including product roles at Mozilla and two earlier Y Combinator companies.
I trained as an interaction designer at Imperial College London, and I’ve spent my career sitting between the founder’s vision and what users actually need. The job is to make those two things match — fast, and with as little wasted code as possible.
I work with founders from pre-seed through Series A. Sometimes they hire me for two weeks. Sometimes for six months. The format changes. The job doesn’t.
02 — Principles
I.
Including mine. Every recommendation traces back to a user interview, a usage metric, or a model run. If I can’t cite it, I won’t claim it.
II.
I write specs and Figma flows, but the goal is always something a real engineer can build next week. Strategy decks that don’t end in a build are theatre.
III.
The first job of a PM is to say no to things that don’t move the needle — including the founder’s pet feature. I’ll do it kindly. I’ll do it.
