03 — The pitch

My
Mission.

Most product consultants sell decks. I sell built things. Every engagement ends in an artefact an engineer can run with — a Figma file, a backlog, a scored opportunity map, a shipped feature. If it doesn’t end in a build, I’m not the right person.

  • Evidence over opinion. Including mine.
  • Ship over specify.
  • Defend the scope. Even against the founder.
  • Kill the idea if the idea deserves killing.

The AI
Discovery
Checklist.

Twenty-seven questions to ask before you build any AI feature. The same checklist I use in week one of every Discovery Sprint. PDF, free.
